A: The schedule for our course is very flexible. We customize the schedules based on the availability of the teacher and your preferred time.
Q: Can I have a vacation during the course?
A: Your schedule is flexible so vacations & similar activities can be arranged within the course schedule just make sure to inform us ahead of time.

A: It depends on your schedule which was customized based on your preferred time and the teacher’s availability.
Q: How long does it take to finish the course?
A: The Level A1 course is conceptualized at 120 hours, but this can be shorter depending on your knowledge of the German language.

Q: Is the intensive review for the exam included in the online course or I have to pay an extra fee?
A: Our course is designed to prepare you for the Start Deutsch 1 exam so the intensive review is included and you don’t have to pay extra fees for this.
Q: What happens if I don’t pass the exam?
A: If you plan to take the exam again, you can book for a review session with us.
Q: What if I get sick and cannot make it to my scheduled session?

Q: Does the teacher have experience and knowledge to teach the course?
A: Yes. Our teacher is a native German who taught German language and mathematics to young people for several years in Germany.
Q: How does the online course works?
A: The online course is conducted through Skype. Lessons, homeworks and other learning materials will be sent through email.
Q: Can I take the exam with you so I can get a certificate?
A: Just like in every language school in the Philippines, we will teach you the language and prepare you for the exam but the Start Deutsch 1 exam is only administered by Goethe Institut. When you pass the exam, a certificate will be given to you which you can submit to the German embassy.

Q: Should I pay the fee in one full payment or you have an installment option?
A: You have an option to pay the course in one full or pay only the hours used for the course which through oDesk.
Q: Why is it more expensive to take the course through oDesk?
A: The course is more expensive through oDesk because it includes the fee that oDesk charges to use their service. However, in this option you can decide to stop the course anytime and you pay only the hours spent learning the course.
Q: How can we hire you through oDesk?
A: oDesk is an online job marketplace where thousands of employers and contractors meet. To hire us for this course, go to this link: https://www.odesk.com/signup/create-account/, click the button "Employers start here" to create an account. Then, post a job and inform us. After you hire us, we will start with the course. Payment for the hours you used will go directly to oDesk. ODesk fee is already included in the $10 hourly rate. You can stop the contract whenever you want.
